Standard rental includes the machine, a certified operator, basic insurance, and delivery within Kigali. Fuel, extended insurance, and additional attachments are quoted separately. Every booking comes with a written hire agreement so there are no hidden charges.

Our team will schedule an inspection, verify your ownership documents, and onboard your equipment within 5 working days. There is no listing fee — we earn a commission only when your machine gets booked.

Call our support line immediately. If the breakdown is due to mechanical failure (not operator misuse), we will arrange a replacement machine or technician within hours. You are not charged for downtime caused by equipment faults covered under the hire agreement.

Yes. We serve all 30 districts of Rwanda. We recently expanded our local equipment network in Musanze and Rubavu, with more districts being added. Mobilisation costs vary by distance and machine size — ask for a quote that includes delivery to your specific location.

We accept bank transfers, mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), and cheques for corporate accounts. Payment terms are agreed in the hire contract — typically 50% upfront with the balance due on completion. Monthly accounts are available for repeat clients.
